This Policy applies to all content published on the Service. It forms part of the Terms of Service. Reports are reviewed by a human.

1. Prohibited Content

The following content is prohibited without exception:

(a) content that is unlawful in the jurisdictions where the Service operates; (b) sexually explicit or pornographic material; (c) any material that sexualizes minors, which will be removed and reported to the relevant authorities; (d) malware, cryptocurrency miners, phishing mechanisms, or code designed to harm or deceive users or their devices; (e) content infringing third-party intellectual property rights, including unauthorized copies or ROMs of commercial games; (f) content constituting harassment of, or incitement of hatred against, individuals or groups; (g) content impersonating another person, product, or service in a misleading manner.

2. Permitted Content

All other content is permitted, including experimental, unfinished, or simple games. Editorial quality is not a condition of publication; legality and safety are.

3. Enforcement

Content violating this Policy will be removed. Serious or repeated violations result in account termination and revocation of publishing access. We may preserve and disclose content where required by law.
